- I am a sound medicine practitioner and ceremonial composer with over 530 hours of formal training and certification. My work centers on the intentional relationship between sound, timing, and the body’s innate capacity to regulate.
- I use sound as a structured therapeutic medium that engages the physical body and nervous system directly. Within Aquarian Sound Medicine, experiences are intentionally composed in alignment with what I call Energetic Weather™, the shifting influences of astrology, numerology, seasonal rhythms, and collective patterns that shape how the human system responds on a given day.
- The practice includes carefully chosen sensory elements such as essential oils, organic herbs, crystal gemstones, and ceremonial integration, creating a full sensory environment that supports embodiment, coherence, and regulation. Harmonic relationships, sequencing, pacing, and timing guide the composition of the work.
- Star Harmony Sound Medicine Ceremonies are my signature format. Each gathering is uniquely composed specifically for the day and environment in which it is offered, allowing the sound to meet the body within present conditions. The result is an experience that feels responsive, grounded, and physically supportive.
- My approach has developed through more than a decade of study and lived practice with sound, vibration, yoga, astrology, and related modalities. It is guided by deep respect for the body’s intelligence and its capacity to reorganize when given the right conditions.
