Continuing Education Resources

As an ISTA Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner you are raising the standards of sound therapy. Keeping up on your education and training is part of your responsibility as an ISTA Certified Practitioner.

Below you will find resources and courses that can count towards your 30 CEU credits needed every 24 months to remain in good standing with your certification requirements. Upon completion please keep a log for of your course work for your certification renewal. We look forward to bringing more programs and events as we grow together in sound.

Programs under 100 hours that qualify as professional development or continuing education. These offerings support ongoing learning and may be applied toward the requirement that ISTA practitioners complete 30 CEUs every two years.

Submit Course & Classes

There are many courses and classes on the subject of Sound Therapy. Submit the classes or courses you have taken. For every 1 hour of training you will receive the equivalent in CEU’s.

The International Sound Therapy Association’s purpose is to promote the benefits of therapeutic sound by providing an educational forum and activities for sound therapists, musicians, healing arts practitioners, and the general public.

ISTA provides a local forum for the dissemination and sharing of leading edge educational information and research on sound therapy modalities and new ways to use ancient therapies, in order to advance the understanding of the therapeutic benefits of music, sound and vibration.
